F45 was the place that helped me find my strength again during a time when I really needed it. It gave me an hour to shut out the noise, focus on myself, challenge my body, clear my mind, and begin a healing journey that went far beyond fitness.Walking into the new Dublin studio feels like coming home only this time stronger, happier, and ready for the next chapter. ❤️ The coaches, energy, programming, and sense of community are what make F45 different. You walk in for a workout, but you leave feeling accomplished, supported, and like you can take on anything. And finding out F45 Dublin is a HYROX Training Club?! 🔥 Say less. Clean facility; excellent trainers. Everyone is very kind and personable. Very accommodating as well! Was able to pause my membership with no issues due to medical concerns. So happy I will be able to continue with their services over I return.

I had been waiting for F45 Dublin to return, so I was excited when I heard it was reopening under new ownership. The signup process was smooth, and the team has been proactive with updates throughout construction. Looking forward to being one of the founding members when the studio opens in August

I recently signed up as a founding member of F45 Dublin, and the experience has been fantastic from the start. The team has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the membership options, and share their vision for the studio and community they're building. What stood out most was their genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and creating an environment where everyone feels supported, regardless of their fitness level. Even before opening, it's clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into making this a special place.
