Today, I received excellent customer service at 99 Ranch Market in Dublin. I would especially like to thank Jian Bing Liang for her outstanding assistance.She was very patient in helping me download the store app and took the time of to explain the promotions and special offers in detail. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made my shopping experiences much more enjoyable.

this is a great Asian supermarket chain. What I like is the ready to eat deli full of all kinds of BBQ specialties, like BBQ pork, Big crispy pig and roast duck. Though I think the price of the roast duck is gotten pretty high lately. Parking can be tight on weekends and later in the day, so best to go early morning, or just after 11am when all the fresh food is put out. I used to live right near here and that was nice, but no more.

I went to this location today on 8/21 and saw they had crab clusters. When i looked they didn’t seem terrible and the price was too good to beat (this was normal to find steals on meat at Asian Markets so I wasn’t too surprised). However, when I got home, I noticed it had a weird smell. It didnt seem too off but when I opened it, it had black spots all over and a weird sticky substance. I tried washing it but it stayed. Then I looked at the packaging and noticed it had 2 stickers and upon peeling it, saw it expired on 8/17/24 and was reprinted to sell by 8/24. Being pregnant, that puts my health, my unborn child’s health and my 3 year’s health at risk if I hadn’t taken precaution. I’ll never shop here again.

Very good selection, has basically everything you need for East Asian cuisine. I'm a big fan of the fruits and vegetables section. I also bought a few seeds from here that grew nicely

We used to buy fish from 99 Ranch market. In the past I had bad experience at the Dublin store , people who cut and clean the fish used to do a sloppy job. It looks they have changed them and new folks do very good joib now. With the recent purchase they were doing a thorough job.
