What a pleasant surprise. I bought two sets of tires from Walmart last year, and ever since, one of them kept leaking air. I took it back to Walmart three times to get it fixed, but they couldn't find the issue. Today, I brought it to Big O Tires, and it only took them about 30 minutes to fix the problem. They didn't try to sell me new tires or any unnecessary services, and the price was completely reasonable. The whole process was efficient and smooth. We'll definitely start coming here for maintenance.

I have worked with Jett at the Dublin location on two occasions and his services is excellent. Jett is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He takes time to ensure that I understand my car’s service needs and how I should prioritize the repairs. He is an asset to the Big O company and its customers.

I was down the street at Americas Best Tire in Dublin, CA, but I left because I stood there for 20 minutes in line and no one even greeted me. At Big O Tires, I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member. He got me in right away and they were able to repair my tire. They had me back on the road safely in 30 minutes. Excellent service! I’ll definitely come back if I need to purchase tires.
