My husband and I stopped by Chevrolet Dublin just to window shop, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. As soon as we got out of our car, Jonathan greeted us with a smile and immediately offered to help. We told him we were interested in looking at Tahoes, and lucky for us, he’s a Tahoe expert! Jonathan took the time to explain all the differences between the models we looked at and answered every question we had without ever making us feel pressured. When we decided to run the numbers, he was able to get us exactly where we wanted to be on both the purchase price and our trade-in value. During the finance process, Eugene was just as wonderful to work with. He walked my husband through everything step by step, made the paperwork easy to understand, and helped us choose additional protection options for our new vehicle without being pushy. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service from both Jonathan and Eugene. If you’re in the market for a vehicle or even just starting to look do yourself a favor and visit Chevrolet Dublin. You won’t be disappointed!

I don't leave reviews often, but I feel like I must. I own or lease 10+ Chevrolets and GM producs, everything from Bolts to higher end Z cars. I have tried multiple times to buy and lease from this dealership and the customer service is just atrocious. As just an example I was told I could bring in a vehicle for a lease return at this location (when I was shopping for a replacement) and when I went to return the car they had no space and was turned away to go to another dealer. They have lost my business multiple times due to customer service like this. I highly recommend any other Chevrolet dealer in the Bay Area, all of which I've had very good customer service experiences at.

I had a great experience working with Dublin Chevrolet—specifically with Miraj. He’s a young, up-and-coming salesman who really puts the customer first. From the start, he was persistent (in a good way) and genuinely focused on helping me find a car I’d love—not just making a sale. I ended up buying a black Silverado, and Miraj made sure the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. He worked hard to get me to the price I wanted and stayed on top of everything the whole way through. If you’re looking for someone who’s motivated, easy to work with, and truly has your best interest in mind, I definitely recommend asking for Miraj.

Noah the salesman and Eugene the finance manager were professional and to the point. I came in to drive/purchase a used vehicle, the price looked good and they got me in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Cars these days tend to sell themselves but the people you deal with can make or break the experience, I highly recommend these guys and will myself be a return customer should I need another vehicle. Edit: 9/25/26 There has been some hiccups in the process of receiving the vehicle I purchased, long story short the management went the extra mile and made sure to make things right to keep the customer happy, putting up with a lot of frustration coming from my end they have kept things professional. The group here has continued to hold themselves to a high standard.

TL;DR- 2 complaints for service department, 1 for dealership sales. Service Dpt: lax service, pink tax (which may have come with system sabotage to ensure, will update after I take to another mechanic). Sales: Don’t buy cars from them that aren’t ready to drive off the lot that day, you’ll wait for 6 months to get it. Scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic 2 weeks out, then left my car there the Tuesday morning of my appointment. Thursday afternoon I call the service department and they tell me they haven’t even looked at it. It took me going Karen on them to get it looked at, something I find deeply displeasing to do, and not 30 minutes later “oh we’re done looking at your car”. This problem literally doesn’t exist at any auto shop in the area, and their excuse was “well we need to maximize the time our mechanics are working”. God forbid they have an hour of downtime you pay them for. No other auto shop in my life has kept my car for 2 days for, but even then, just schedule me for 2 days later, it would’ve had the same effect of maximizing work time without pissing off the customer. Loss leaders for white glove service is how you get people to come back and pay your absurd dealership mechanic prices. This is not rocket science, get someone who understands the hospitality industry on staff and maybe someone who understands how to plan things. Oh and of course they try to upsell me on a part I just got replaced 2 years ago that would over double the cost of the repair that I actually need by telling me that the secondary part must be failing because a symptom already prescribed to the primary part failure (i.e. fixing the primary part would fix the issue they were ascribing to the secondary part without need to replace it). Also I tried buying a car from them (this same car I’m getting work done on) a few years back, and they strung me along for 3 months saying “oh it’s at another dealership we’ll get it next week” before I finally said screw it and just went to the other dealership and bought the car (at a about $2k cheaper price than they offered, to boot).
