The pricing was straightforward with no hidden fees, no pressure. After spending weeks researching and looking at numerous vehicles across many dealerships, I can honestly say my experience with Dublin INFINITI/NISSAN stood out. What impressed me most wasn't just the vehicle itself, but the level of care and professionalism the dealership demonstrated throughout the process. One thing that really deserves recognition is the amount of reconditioning they completed before delivery. They replaced and serviced multiple items that many dealerships would have simply left for the next owner to discover or pay for. It was clear they wanted the vehicle to be delivered in excellent condition rather than doing the bare minimum to get it off the lot. I also want to recognize Fabi, who was exceptional throughout the process. She paid attention to every question and concern I raised and made sure each one was followed through instead of simply providing quick answers. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed through the process or treated differently because I was purchasing an older, lower-priced vehicle. In fact, the level of communication, follow-up, and overall customer care was better than experiences I've had shopping for vehicles that cost several times more. When I picked up the vehicle, it was meticulously detailed inside and out. The presentation exceeded my expectations and reflected the pride the dealership takes in delivering a vehicle that is truly ready for its new owner. Buying a used vehicle always requires trust, and Dublin INFINITI/NISSAN earned mine by doing what they said they would do, paying attention to the details, and treating me with the same care and respect regardless of the price of the vehicle. That level of integrity is becoming increasingly rare, and it's the reason I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We came here to look for a car for my son. Unfortunately we couldn’t qualify for the one he really wanted, but Kay was awesome and was able to get him into a vehicle he drove away happy with. This is our second vehicle purchased from Dublin Nissan. I can say, they are awesome and will work hard to get the best terms for a vehicle you will be happy with!

It was a refreshing experience to deal with Yousef, Jesse and John. They were all respectful and down to earth to work with, and I was very impressed by their commitment and effort to make things work. We were not able to make a deal on that day however, if anything will change, I will definitely visit the dealership and work with these people. This is not one of those dealership that have high pressure sales environment or sleazy salesmen. I would recommend anyone to visit Dublin Nissan and find your vehicle.
