Xpress Auto Repair did a great job fixing my AC on my Lexus. I was able to make an appointment via text message and was able to drop off my car first thing in the morning. They kept me updated once they were able to find what was wrong with my AC and I had the option to approve or decline via text message. I approved and once I did my car was done within a few hours. Montana provided great customer service and price was as it should be. One of the best shops I been to and I for sure will be a returning customer! Greats service and customer service from Montana and his team!

Xpress Transmission provided one of THE BEST auto service experiences I’ve had in a long time. What stood out most was how incredibly fast and efficient they were. I dropped my car off in the afternoon, and it was fully ready by the next morning. That kind of turnaround is hard to find, especially without sacrificing quality. Beyond the speed, the customer service was TOP TIER. Excellent level of professionalism, honesty, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. Montana and the lads at Xpress exceed all expectations. I was quoted $13k by the dealership and $8.5k from a shop in Ballard for a new transmission. I asked if we could approach this in a stair step and look at every option before just getting a rebuilt tranny - Montana not only agreed with me, but he kept me well informed of the risks and rewards. Turns out that the previous two assessments were inaccurate and neither of them bothered to check the transmission fluid levels. Turns out my fluids were super low and I just needed to service the transmission fluid. I went from looking at an $8500 bill to $500. Montana and his guys are awesome. My SUV is running more smooth and efficient than ever before. I could not recommend them high enough. 10/10 every time.

I was having transmission trouble and I was able to get in quickly. I was blessed by an agency who paid for my repairs and Montana was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. The work was fast and efficient. Funny my mom recommended his shop and when I called he was already aware of the program so that also made it much easier to trust that he knew what he was doing lol. Montana and Lewis were incredible. Took the time to understand exactly what was going on with my Rogue’s CVT not pushing me to just accept it needed to be replaced. They walked me through steps in assessing what was happening and were the first out of 5 shops to recommend changing the fluid. Walked me through what diagnostic found and saved me almost 6k! Can’t recommend enough.
