I had a great experience at Rairdon Subaru in Auburn. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything went smoothly. The service department was organized, and they got my vehicle in as scheduled. While the work was being done, I waited in the customer lounge, which was clean, comfortable, and made the wait easy. The staff was friendly and professional, and they kept everything straightforward from check-in to checkout. Overall, it was a hassle-free service visit, and I’d definitely return for future maintenance.

Great place to test Subaru, if you bring your car for service, don’t forget to add discount from app because they never mention it so you might lose some discount. I forgot to apply $10 discount for the tire rotation so I sadly paid in full. Other than that the sales team is awesome, I talked to Todd and Michael with great interest.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rairdon Subaru of Auburn. On 4/23, my partner and I visited to test drive a Subaru Ascent. We ultimately decided to purchase two smaller vehicles instead. One was located at the Auburn dealership and the other at Rairdon Honda of Sumner. The Auburn location offered to bring the vehicle over, and since we liked our salesperson Kelly, we agreed to move forward with them. I completed all paperwork ahead of time because the following day was my son’s birthday. When I arrived, I noted the tires looked very worn. Kelly assured me the dealership does not sell vehicles with tread below 4/32, so I relied on that representation and vehicle report and completed the purchase. Within hours of bringing the vehicle home, I discovered serious safety issues: exposed cord, a large gash, and a missing chunk in the tires. These are not minor defects—they clearly make the vehicle unsafe to drive. I returned on 4/26, and Kelly documented and confirmed the tires did not meet his stated minimum. Under RCW 46.37.425, “no person, firm, or corporation shall sell any vehicle” unless the tires comply with safety standards. The law further requires that if tires are in violation, the seller must replace them with compliant tires. The sales manager, Gabe, was extremely condescending and unprofessional —he told me that I was “stupid” and that what he was saying “wasn’t computing in my brain.” Although they eventually agreed to replace my tires, they have repeatedly failed to follow through. I have made multiple trips to the dealership, only to be told the tires were not available and to return again. I rely on this vehicle daily for work and transporting my children to and from school, and their failure to promptly correct a clear safety violation is unacceptable. The same day I purchased my vehicle, my partner purchased a truck with a large cracked windshield. We were told they had an appointment scheduled with Safelite Monday so we dropped off the truck Sunday evening. The vehicle sat all day with no update until late afternoon, when we were told the appointment was scheduled incorrectly and moved to Wednesday. We returned Wednesday, and the repair still was not completed and now must be rescheduled again. During financing, Helen, in finance, repeatedly attempted to add unauthorized add-ons to my loan. Even after I declined, she continued pushing them at least 10 times before accepting my answer, creating a high-pressure and uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the vehicle I purchased was falsely advertised as having blind spot monitoring. When I raised this, Gabe stated he was not “eating the cost” to install it, and no resolution was offered despite the clear misrepresentation. Overall, this experience reflects unsafe business practices, misrepresentation, repeated delays, and a complete lack of accountability. I expected far better from a dealership of this size and reputation. I strongly caution others to thoroughly inspect vehicles and get all representations in writing before purchasing.

It took me several weeks to decide which Subaru dealership I was going to purchase from. Liana, who I was introduced to first at Rairdon's Subaru, was very patient and kind. She took her time with me and showed me several available cars. Chris and Gabe were very willing to work with me in terms of price and included features. When it actually came to purchasing my new 2026 Crosstrek Limited, my husband and I saw 'the color' we wanted on a different model. Unfortunately, that color in the model we wanted was not available to take home on the same day, as it would have to be delivered from a different location. When we were done with the paperwork/ financing process we entered the showroom and were told by Chris that he was just going to put our temporary plates on our new car, and then, we could drive it home!!!!! I still haven't recovered from the shock!!! 🤣 Rairdon's Subaru went above and beyond! In the time that it took us to do the paperwork, they brought the car in from Seattle and made sure it was spotless inside and out, so that it would be waiting for us when we were ready to head home. I'm still not sure how that all happened! Liana, Chris, Gabe and Tyra (in financing) were great to work with, and I can highly recommend this Subaru dealership!
