Two year warranty on my repair that hopefully I will never need. Not sure on the price, because I didn’t shop around. It was a shop my AAA deals with, and I needed the repair done ASAP. Got the job done faster than expected. So far so good. Customer service was fantastic.

This is my second visit to A St Auto, as an elder on fixed income every penny counts...Joe works with me , tells me exactly what's wrong and my best options as a woman I appreciate that. Mechanics always do and excellent job, make whatever I end up paying, money well spent... A special Thumbs Up to "Joe, the desks service writer" he is conductor of this orchestra, the primary liaison between the customer and the mechanics, handling diagnostic explanations, repair estimates, and scheduling and personal customer needs, all handled with grace of a conductor.

Very accommodating I really appreciate their patience and customer service. They helped me immensely and did a very thorough diagnostics. I highly recommend them if you need service done on your vehicle. Shout out to Rob, Joe and the rest of the team for being so patient with me while I get my car towed! Excellent service.

Overpriced and under qualified people working here . I took my car to them because I was hearing clunk noise from the front right passenger side . They diagnosed bad struts along with few other things & brake pads (brake service) . I went along with it because I didn’t want the car to not break down because of this . They call me and tell me it’s done come pick it up & now not only I still hear clunk but my brakes have constant screeching noise . Next day which is Saturday I was going to drive for a long trip and had to go to another shop to get my brakes fixed because they are closed on the weekends. Upon returning I called them and asked them to fix the clunk noise also told them about their brake job . They did something and called me stating it’s done and ready so I go and pick it up and I am still hearing the same clunk noise . I call them again and this time front desk guy tries to argue with me by saying do want us work for free on ur car when I have already spent 4400$ and paid them 4300$+ to fix something they never did so I told him I want to talk to the owner because he told me he was going to take care of this. Now maybe for the 4th time I drop my car off to them 1st day I get no call and 2nd day nothing so call them right before closing to check the status and the front desk guy tells me they couldn’t hear anything and I had to come there to show them . Took them 2 days to say that so at this point I am frustrated with the whole situation and their inability to fix anything so I there next day to show them and they can hear it but their technician said there is nothing he can do because I don’t know his words . He also said but I don’t have to worry about down because everything else is good . A week later on the freeway I could hear loud noise coming from the right side & had to go below 45miles for safe driving. This time instead of going back to them I went to different mechanic and turned out bad bearing so he fixed it same day $150 . No clunk noise anymore. Extremely dissatisfying experience and service from A street Automotive. Do better

Shout out to Rob, Joe, and their crew behind the scenes at A Street Automotive. They really came through for me with the time constraint I had. I was on a budget and replaced the AC compressor myself, along with other components. I had 3 days left before hauling my trailer from Seattle to Boise and back in +100F heat. I told them I needed a shop to pull a vacuum for at least an hour, before charging the system. They did just that, then BOOM! A braided AC line I didn't replace had blown. These guys scrambled for me, got the part in less than an hour from their supplier, and installed it. They let me in the shop to better understand what went wrong and the game plan going forward. Joe was candid about the costs and expectations. In the end, they really earned my trust. Definitely a reliable team here. Cheers
