This dealership was the only one within a 50- to 100-mile radius that didn’t tack on a dealer markup for the Honda Civic SI. While other dealers refused to budge on inflated fees, Angie and the team at Burien Honda cooperated. They stayed true to their word; what we discussed over the phone was exactly what I got in person. No nonsense, no pressure, and absolutely no wasted time. Angie made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the fact that they didn’t overcharge when every other dealer did speaks volumes. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had, and I’ll gladly return if my wife or I need another vehicle.

If you want a patient, thorough, professional, experienced, super knowledgeable, non-pushy, honest salesman, Arnas is your guy! I was extremely impressed with my experience with Rairdon’s Honda of Burien. Arnas spent a very long time helping me set up my new car and helping me understand all the various parts. Lamar was the financial manager who helped with the financial process and was great in explaining my options and taking me through the process. I just bought a Honda Civic and was pleased to see that they offered an online buying option. I was able to sign most of the documents online, arrange to wire money and pick up the car the same day. It saved me so much time! Plus Dong was a great help through the process. He was very quick to answer all my questions and connect me to the finance guy immediately. I would recommend working with Dong if you are looking a Honda.
