5 star reviews are accurate. Adam and his crew run a great and efficient shop. Estimate was timely and work was finished on time as promised on my G Wagon. Price was extremely reasonable and fair. Less than dealership and another local independent shop. I am a first time customer but will continue to come here. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Been going here for years. Adam is just great. Him and his team are knowledgeable of my Mercedes and are honest and transparent about which services are critical versus can be held off on which is helpful to plan around expected costs. Adam was also helpful in providing insight when I was looking to buy a new car. Highly encourage those with a German car to get their car serviced here.

I recently visited this auto service for maintenance on my Mercedes S-Class, and I was thoroughly impressed. I needed an oil change, brake disc and pad replacement, and the work was done to the highest standard. From the very beginning, the staff (Adam) amazed me with their professionalism and attentive approach. The specialists carefully listened to my needs, suggested the best solutions, and explained every step of the process in detail. The quality of the work was impeccable — my car now drives like new! It’s clear that the team not only knows their craft but also approaches their work with passion and dedication. I especially appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and cheerful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can truly feel their care for their customers. If you’re looking for a place with skilled professionals who value their clients, I highly recommend this auto service. Thank you for the excellent service!

German Car Specialists does a great job looking after my Audis and my BMW. They always provide friendly and professional service. Their estimates are accurate, their prices are reasonable, and they do quality work. If an unknown issue arises while they are working on the car. I have always been notified, provided options, and given an accurate cost of repair. I recommend them.

We have had a BMW M3, 2 Audi Q5s and 2 Porsche Boxsters serviced there. It is family after 10+ years. We have seen $100+ K classic Mercedes in their shop. Their service is exceptional and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Adam is a wonder and keeps the place running smoothly. If you have a German car, you can’t go wrong servicing it there. 12/11/2025, just had our current Boxster serviced and an Audi Q5 will be serviced shortly. Everything I previously stated is still true. They are professional and personable. The costs are better than any Porsche or Audi dealership on the east side of King County. Adam is great. Back again for oil changes on the Audi and Porsche. Adam is a pleasure to deal with.
