Erika is absolutely amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable every time I see her, which is so important when it comes to waxing. She is fast, professional, and extremely thorough—she somehow manages to get everything done quickly without ever making me feel rushed or missing a spot. I honestly hate sitting through a waxing appointment for a long time, so I really appreciate how efficient Erika is. Aerly provided a truly positive experience from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and immediately made me feel comfortable. Jenny was wonderful! I am very pregnant and unfortunately cannot “groom” myself as well as I used to the last few months so things were a little crazy down stairs. Jenny was very sweet and made me comfortable. She did a very thorough job getting all the unruly hair. I had no pain in the process and with long hair pain is to be expected but she did a wonderful job! I also had to bring a “support pillow” for my back and get in certain positions and she worked with me perfectly! Happy mama here ☺️

Juana was AMAZING. she was so personable and funny. The service was quick, efficient. I loved my service. It’s nice when the people that are in these industries actually have great customer service because she was honestly the best. It’s been a while since I got a wax and normally it’s super awkward so I definitely appreciate her. We were laughing the entire time and I have really sensitive skin so I had no issues there.

If you decide to come to European Wax Center, make sure you ask for Erika because she is the best!! Erika is cautious, detailed, & always listens to my questions and concerns! She is my go to person for all my waxing needs!
