This place is quick, easy, and always has friendly, family-like UPS staff who are ready to help. They have an Amazon self-return kiosk that makes returns fast and hassle-free, plus they can assist with any other Amazon returns if you need it. They also have everything you need for all your shipping needs. I don't go anywhere else—UPS on Auto Parkway is the only place I trust!

I drop packages at this store 5 days per week and the team that works here is a really rare and amazing team. I always get greeted with a warm welcome and friendly hello. It’s a real highlight of my day to see them and say hi back. Thank you!!!

Always helped with a smile! Super appreciate they always recommend what I might need to ship in the most efficient manner possible since most of my shipments are so different from each other. Thanks UPS store!

Won’t use any other UPS. I’ve been a regular at this store for the past two years and the whole team here is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. Eric and Ali are efficient and friendly- no matter how busy it is.
