The actual taste of the food is not bad but the quality and the consistency is not ideal. One visit you might get better looking and testing food than the next one. This time we order the de deal 2 for 25. The artichoke dip was good. As meal the whiskey burger and the chicken parmesan pasta. The pasta was dried by the time it got too us but the server anticipated to it and got us extra sauce to make it better. Chicken tasted good. Actual taste of the dish was good but over all felt like it was left on the expo line too long or got done way before the rest of the food. The burger tested good but I ordered a medium cook burger and got a smash patty burger that got dried up. The burger got some points for the fresh veggies and the tastes of the barbecue but lost points on the actual meat. Service was great our server was helpful and kind. We came in around 8 pm and it was about 75% full. I would probably come back but with lower expectations about the food.

Mom and I closed escrow on our home on Valentine’s Day last year, celebrating at our local Applebees restaurant. We enjoyed Passion Fruit Mai Tais for the first time and fell in love with them. We returned this year to celebrate the one year anniversary of closing escrow. And yes, at our local Applebees. It was Valentine’s Day, so we knew it’d get busy. I had to work so we got there around 4:00 and only had to wait about 8 minutes before being seated. Our waitress, Baylee was great. Her coworker was running late, so poor Baylee was running around with her head cut off taking care of multiple tables with various requests. When she got to us I let her know we can see how crazy it was and how she was able to focus on customer service so well. She was thankful that we understood. I’ll be honest, I could not handle what she did last night, so huge quad kudos to Baylee! The food was scrumptious. Applebees mashed potatoes are hands down the best in town. And that was the side dish! The steak was sizzling hot when it arrived hit off the skillet, still sizzling in its juices with grilled onions and mushrooms on the side, with their garlic butter. Oh my gravy they are not kidding when they say there’s something good in the neighborhood! Because it was my birthday month, I received a brownie with a coop of vanilla ice cream for free. Join the club and you can have all this great experience too! A word to management: I certainly hope you can see what you have in Baylee being on your winning team. She’s an asset to your team and we will continue to come back for more. Oh yum!! UPDATE 2/27/2026: Mom and I went to celebrate our two year anniversary of closing escrow, my birthday, and my new job with a great bunch of people. We had another fantastic meal. I even told the manager, who was serving people and watching everything for quality service purposes, that the chicken breast was grilled perfectly! I asked him to tell his chef it was spot on awesome, and he walked to the back to deliver the compliment just like that. The drinks were in huuuuuuge glasses, holding more drink than two drinks at most other places. Oh heck yeah, Applebee’s is the right place in the neighborhood.

Had the 2 for $29 for lunch today. The food and ambiance were great. However, the service was so slow. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip took 30 minutes to be served. We had the Whiskey Bacon Burger and 6 oz Top Sirloin.

Lillie our server was so amazing. It was nice to hear her story about what she’s doing with her life. I love to see hard-working 20 something early. Preparing for life being driven respectful, attentive, and aware of their goals. Great job Lillie. In a corny way she was hurting my meal. So pleasant and refreshing.

2 for 25 is your best bang for your buck at a full service restaurant. 9pm to close has half off appetizers. All the food was great and our server was very attentive to our drinks. Thanks. Be back soon
