Stopped by CrossFit Escondido while in town and so glad I did. Despite running on just 5 hours of sleep, everyone was focused, supportive, and the Saturday morning vibe was high. The workout challenged me and had me question life itself, but it was totally worth it—definitely give them a try!

I'm a competitive powerlifter and was traveling through the area for a family reunion. Crossfit Escondido had everything I needed (and more) in the facility for training the competition lifts. Welcoming coach, prompt communications, clean and organized facility.

Excellent coaching with an encouraging community and a variety of class offerings. Great place to start if you've never done CrossFit before. While there are many seasoned athletes, there are usually people just starting out too in every class.

Bella did a great job with explaining the movements and motivating the varying levels of fitness found in the class. Both my 12 year old daughter and I were able to get after it. A lot of fun!

Great Gym… Great coaches… Awesome vibes. Warm-ups peep you for the WOD movements. The finishers will help with post WOD recovery. If your looking to drop in or find a new box .. This is the place !
