City Storage & City Cellars

I've used them twice now. Service has been great. The facilities are clean and very functional. They have a loading dock for trucks which is quite handy. They also have a large, convenient elevator as well as plenty of carts (flatbeds, etc). The main downside is the operating hours: they close early in the evening, usually at 6pm. However, this was mostly a minor inconvenience for me. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service. I appreciate them showing me the units explaining how the code entry code works. And providing me with the proper insurance to cover my items. I would recommend a storage space to my friends and family easily.

Very easy to work with the staff. Building and storage space was spotless and I had zero issues with any of the items I stored here. If I am looking to get storage again, I would go back here again.

From the initial reservation call to the in-person registration, truly phenomenal customer service and support. Shoutout Nancy and China (and the friend we made Anna). Very convenient location with great staff and ample storage. Highly recommend!
