I came in yesterday and couldn't decide what new fragrances to get! There are so many wonderful scents everywhere! When I stopped by, there were 2 workers upon my arrival. They were both super helpful and friendly! The one sales associate who is very helpful and super genuine, her name is Faith! I love her honesty and how helpful she was! I'm glad to have a great conversation with her because she made the experience at this BBW a very great and wonderful experience. Many of the sales associates at this location were also great too compared to other BBW I had visited. I had always had a great experience at this BBW at Bay St. Emeryville. I'm definitely coming back again and again. The workers are always helpful! Thanks!!

Absolute horrible customer service. Was issued a gift card, but the card did not work because the pin number was all messed up. The store clerks had us wait with two different customer service numbers in total it took 45 minutes to get no resolution. They offered to send us another gift card, so we could have the pleasure of coming back another day to relive all this pain, to which we decided to just walk out. Will NEVER shop here again.

NEVER BUY A GIFT CARD HERE! The clerk could not verify the $25 on the card, and the horrible customer service had us waiting 45 minutes before not coming to a resolution and effectively stealing our money.

The selection of products was nice, but I really didn't appreciate the security guard following me around the store for the entire 45 minutes I spent smelling products and adding things to my basket. I was there to pick up an online order and ended up spending an additional $70 on other items, but in retrospect, I should have just picked up my order and left. Shopping at Bay Street is such a lousy experience these days. The staff treats everyone like a potential thief.

I give the 1 only because Shellby attempted to looked up my account. Enter store around 4pm to FINALLY collect my FREE (58yr Old) Birthday gift. Pulled out my phone to check my emails because I know I have a "free membership" because they flood my emails with notices. So after scrolling threw 3 of 5 from them over the last 30 days, I dont see one that says "birthday". I go in to see if they can find it and while they know I have an account they dont.see my birthday. I tell them I can show ID but they won't acquiesce. She pushes buttons on my phone for me to enter my birthday. I do so and hit update but I had the wrong password. The membership was so old that I had used my old old password. I ask for her to check and I'm told that the update to my account wouldn't show for 3-5 business days. I say they, because two of her co-workers confirmed. Let, talk common sense.... 1. Long time customer and member 2. Gotten hand snaitizer, car freshener, etc... through the years (more so in my 30/40's) But I havent been back in years until today. 3. Ask for and told no. Explained all the variables and was still told no. And others chiming in unmasked, with no scene being made, and told no. At.no point was I asked for my id but I suggested it to them, they said no. Was having a great day up until then. What a great start Christmas is starting off to be.
