We had a really great experience during our things here. First of all, they're very serious about security and they also are very flexible and easy to work with. We were doing a big downsize move across multiple unit units and we never had any problems. They were extremely helpful and friendly and kind. I would highly recommend it

Juan was super helpful, cute, and answered all my questions! He was really transparent about prices and cost. After 4 months the price goes back to the on site rate. So just make sure you know that. Great customer service. Thank you!

This guy Juan, and everybody at this site make me feel like a part of the family. They never sell my things and always look out for me. I've been here through the pandemic and have not had to worry about theft. I truly love this place. I believe Claudia has been here for a while and she always been nice to me.

4/7/26 Update: My storage monthly fee was literally doubled after 3 months. I can no longer recommend this location due to the unexpected bait and switch tactic. I would look elsewhere if you are needing long-term storage to avoid the hassle. The helpful representatives unfortunately don't have any control over pricing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A very competent young man, Juan, helped me. If you're looking for more than just storage and appreciate customer service and dependability, this is location is for you!

Different pricing in person vs online. Super pricey. A 5x5 is over $100/month and you're just storing stuff - that's ridiculous. Yall ppl paying that and other cities it's not over $100 for a 5x5. They're only doing that bcus it's the Bay & ppl will pay for the name of the storage but it's ridiculous. They offering anything special for to be priced so high.
