I had such an amazing experience at LaserAway Emeryville today! ✨ I came in for a HydraFacial with Betty and she was incredible. She explained every step of the treatment, made me feel completely comfortable, and my skin is GLOWING. It feels so clean, hydrated, and refreshed — exactly what I needed. The girls at the front desk were just as amazing. Super knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely sweet from the moment I walked in. They answered all my questions and made the entire visit seamless. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and very professional. You can tell the team really cares about their patients and the experience they provide. I did skinpen with Emily and she was amazing! I was super nervous but she worked quickly and thoroughly on me. The treatment went really smooth and she made she I did not experience any pain. Emily checked up on me after my appointment to make sure to address any concerns I may have had. She was very knowledgeable and informative on any questions I had. 10/10 would see her every time I go to an appointment!

I love coming to this location; I get the same nurse every time and she is amazing! I’m so happy with my results and I still have two more sessions left, but I barely have any hair. I’m so glad I decided to laser hair removal. Truly the best decision. If you’re thinking about trying it out, you won’t regret it.

April was so great during both my lip filler appointments and my lip flip! She made me feel so heard, let me know about everything going on, before, during, and after. She genuinely cares about what you want. Also all Laseraway front desk people are so nice, you can genuinely text them about anything at any time. Like, I go all the way from SF to Emeryville just for them. ❤️❤️

Omg I love LaserAway! April, my nurse, is amazing. I got my lip filler done today and I’m so happy with how it turned out. She made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and the results already look so good. I’m seriously obsessed and can’t wait to see them once the swelling goes down! Crystal at the front office is also so kind and helpful—she has such a good spirit and always makes me feel so welcomed.
