The dry cleaning itself was fine, but my experience with their tailoring service was the worst I've ever experienced. I brought in a very expensive suit jacket to have the sleeves shortened. They assured me they handle high-end suits regularly, so I trusted them. When I picked it up a week later, I discovered they had shortened the sleeves without moving the sleeve buttons — something that should be standard with proper tailoring. When I pointed it out, they acted surprised and said it's not possible to move the buttons because the stitching near the buttons couldn’t be adjusted without leaving visible marks. THEN WHY DID YOU SHORTEN MY SLEEVE. They put me on the spot and ask me what i want to do. If they already shortened it, what the hell am i supposed to do?! moved the buttons and leave the stitch I guess!? They agreed to “fix” it and again assured me it'll look great, they do expensive suits all the time and said they’d call me when it was ready. Two weeks passed with no call, so I went back on my own. This time, the buttons had been moved, but one had been replaced with a completely mismatched button. When I asked about it, they told me to speak with the owner. Owner gets on the phone and says he's not available right now but needs to check it out personally. I said I've had enough of this, I just want my suit back — it had already been a month — but the owner refused, saying he needed to inspect it personally. Another two weeks later (no call to me), I just showed up without saying anything extra and picked up my messed up suit and found a sticker on it saying “new button.” They still charged me $52 for this work. Overall, worst communication, complete lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of an expensive suit. They may be friendly with all smiles, but I would not trust them with anything I'd plan to keep.

I don’t know how this is possible, but I picked up my dry cleaning only to find 3 distinct tears in a sweatshirt I only needed a wash / stain removal on. Can’t recommend this place if there is no quality checks after basic care.

No missed deadlines, no excuses just dependable, and top-tier service every single time. It’s rare to find a business that delivers this level of quality and trust year after year. Excellent in every way. Grateful to have Sun and Sung as my dry cleaners and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Visited as the location works out for me and missed a few red flags - example there is no price posted online or in the store and the owner makes up his own prices while picking up! Dropped off everyday shirts and pants for wash and fold - their price at pick up was almost double the quote at drop off. I will avoid and take my business where the prices are transparent and honest !
