Had another appointment at Fallon Dental Group and it went really well! Shabs was so kind and gentle during my cleaning. Uma was super friendly and did an amazing job, especially since he mentioned it was his first week. Yasmin, the office manager, was also so helpful and made getting all my treatment that Dr. Sam recommended scheduled really easy. Everyone has been so nice! Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, the entire team was respectful, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to answer all my questions, ensured I was completely comfortable, and gave me the knowledge I need to maintain great oral health and make informed decisions about my care. I have been coming to Fallon Dental Group for a year now. The front office team is very welcoming and friendly and seemed very well versed in discussing my insurance coverage. The dental assistants are very efficient and easy to talk to! Dr. Shweta is very knowledgeable and helped me understand my treatment plan and let me know about how my dental concerns can affect my overall health, I had no idea about how those were connected. I look forward to my next appointment with them!

Excellent experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming.The office was clean, comfortable, and efficient. Reina, Dr. Shweta's assistant was so friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of me. Dr. Shweta took her time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Her attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care for me was excellent. The quality of care I received was excellent, and I left feeling confident that my dental health was in great hands. I highly recommend Fallon Dental Group and Dr. Shweta to anyone looking for outstanding dental care! I am adding to this review because I went to Fallon Dental again last week to get a root canal completed with Dr. Agrawal. Other than the initial prick of novocaine, I did not experience any pain or discomfort during the entire procedure. Dr.Agrawal checked in often during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Her assistant, Fredo was also so friendly and attentive. I was so grateful that Dr. Agrawal was able to perform my root canal. I continue to be impressed with the entire team at the Dublin office. They are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and care deeply about their patients.

I've been going here for years until today. Nice people and good workers. However, every time I go they charge me out of pocket. It's always something. If I question the charge they are quick to knock off big money. Today I was told before I saw the dentist that I needed to pay $1,100 for a deep cleaning but they immediately knocked it down to $550 before I left reception. As others have said, that seems strange to me. I've never paid out of pocket at any other dentist. I normally give them the benefit of the doubt and pay it but today I left before the service. I'll come back and change this if the next dentist charges the same but I thought it is only right to share my experience. Good luck.
