I had a great experience at the Staples on Katella Road in Cypress. Haley was exceptionally helpful with my printing needs. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything turned out exactly as I wanted. Her professionalism and outstanding customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend this Staples location for all your printing and stationary needs & don't forget the back to school special discounts on items.

Came in to do Amazon Returns. I just moved so I had about 8. After doing 4 the lady at the counter told me she would have to help other customers and get back to me. Ummm... I also waited in line for my turn so that was weird. There were like 3 other associates just moving boxes around while there was a line forming behind me. No sense of urgency. Finally someone else started helping with returns and I didn't have to wait again. Very odd. I work retail and I would never make someone feel uncomfortable like that. You guys might as well have a self-service amazon return area. Should have gone to UPS.

My Cypress Staples is terrific! It always has what I am looking for relative to office supplies and my printing needs. In addition to the quantity of selection the quality and price points are perfect! Staples is my go to office supply store!

Jerry at the Cypress Staples is so helpful and provides amazing service! He asked what I was looking for, escorted me to each aisle that had what I needed, showed me the different styles, and helped me pick out the sizes I needed. Where an item was not on the shelf, he offered to order it online and have it shipped to my house for free! Then he walked me to the cash register, checked out my purchases and gave me printed receipts to hold for expected delivery of the items ordered online. Give that guy a raise!

I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Staples location. One employee initially helped me and was very kind—she asked if I knew how to email my document for printing, and after I said yes, she let me continue without any issues. However, things went downhill when another employee stepped in. She asked if I was placing an order, and I told her I just needed one print. She immediately told me not to email anything and insisted I use the self-service printer instead. This was confusing because I’ve always been able to email documents at Staples for printing, and no one has ever told me otherwise. I went along with it, but then realized the machine only accepted card payments, and I only had cash. When I told her this, she kept refusing to help and repeatedly directed me back to the machine instead of offering a solution. It felt like she just didn’t want to assist me at all. Eventually, she agreed to help, but her attitude was very disappointing. She spoke to me in a demeaning and belittling tone, as if helping me was a burden. It came across as rude and dismissive, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be consistent and respectful. I understand policies may vary, but there’s no excuse for treating customers this way.
