I had a wonderful experience at Caldwell Dental, especially with Dr. Charles and his amazing dental assistant (I’m sorry I forgot her name!). They truly worked as a team throughout my treatment. I had a lot of dental work done in one day—a root canal, wisdom teeth extractions, and several fillings—and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and that everything was completed successfully. What I appreciated most was the care even after the procedures. Dr. Charles scheduled two post-op checkups to make sure everything was healing properly and that I was doing well. I never felt rushed and genuinely felt that they cared about my recovery. Thank you to Dr. Charles, his assistant, and the Caldwell Dental team for making what could have been a stressful day much easier and more comfortable. It was truly a team effort, and I highly recommend them!

Susie is hands-down the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She takes the time to clean my teeth thoroughly and meticulously, always ensuring I’m comfortable throughout the process. And of course, Dr. John and Charles are exceptional. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for their patients make every visit a great experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

Caldwell Dental is a state of the art dental facility with a very kind, gentle, and professional staff. Always helpful to give important information with a genuine enthusiasm and a smile. They make you feel welcome and familiar even when you are new. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and warm. Im very happy to have found such an outstanding practice and I highly recommend them for your next dental visit.

I've been a patient here for years and have always had a great experience. My recent tooth extraction went much better than expected, and the team made me feel comfortable throughout. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Dr. John Kim! I recently went in for a consultation regarding a dental implant and an aching molar. Dr. Kim was fantastic. He gave me honest, straightforward advice and took the time to explain all of my options without making me feel pressured into any unnecessary treatments.The location is incredibly convenient for me since it is within walking distance from my house. On top of that, the entire office experience was wonderful. The dental assistant and Kimberly at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, nice, and helpful from the moment I walked in. It is a clean, professional, and comforting environment. I will definitely be back!
