Took our company cars here. Amazing service with a fast turnaround. They also offer a shuttle service too if you’re within 5 miles. Highly recommend as you’ll find it pretty hard to beat their prices anywhere else.

I worked with Aleen at the shop on a fuel injector issue and she was wonderful to work with. She was thorough, professional, and kept communication clear throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to get things done right. Would highly recommend Aleen and will definitely be working with her again.

Cypress Auto Repair is the place to go for car repairs and smog checks. Front desk was very helpful with assisting customers coming in the shop or on the phone. They waste no time and get down to business. I came in that day for a smog check, and it was done before I even knew it.

This review is well earned by the sales rep Brian at the front desk. Calling Brian’s customer service one star is generous, to say the least. I came in today to get a quote for a check engine light related to an O2 sensor. Before coming in, I had already priced the part so I could confirm exactly what was needed. Prior to agreeing to the $200 diagnostic, I asked Brian whether any of that fee would be credited toward the repair if I moved forward. He told me that **half** would be credited, meaning $100, which I felt was fair. Based on that, I expected something close to the following: * Diagnostic: $200 ($100 credited) * Labor: $200 (install time is .9 hrs + 1 hr diagnostic) * O2 Sensor: $179 (the same OEM part costs $59.98 at any auto parts store) Brian then quoted me **$579 total**. When I asked about the previously mentioned diagnostic credit, he declined to honor it. I also asked if I could bring in my own part. That’s when things really went downhill—and honestly, I wouldn’t have posted this review if it weren’t for what he said next. In a very belittling tone, Brian responded, *“Do you bring your own lunch to a restaurant?”* He then continued by saying the building costs $10K a month and that they’re expensive because they can be. That may be true, but I’ll never know—because I would never, under any circumstances, do business with someone who treats customers that way. Thanks for all your “help,” Brian.
