I was able to attend the Bushfire pre-tasting event prior to their grand opening. They provided a choice of complimentary bowls, sandwiches, burger, and salad. They also gave a free side ad well. Their other menus on the menu was for purchase. I tried their Thai curry bowl with jasmine rice and veggies. The bowl was very flavorful. Once it was mixed, the rice portion was a bit overpowering and I had to dig for the chicken and veggies. The California burger was delicious. I really enjoyed their garlic aioli. The default is meat cooked medium but you can ask for it to be more cooked. The brussel sprout side was good, but I was expecting it to be crispy. Their raspberry lychee lemonade was a punch of flavor and refreshing. There are plenty of tables indoors and outdoors. There’s a restroom in the back. I didn’t see a single trash can inside the restaurant though. The service for the pre-grand opening tasting was great and everyone was attentive and check in on how the food is. This spot is close to my work and so I’ll definitely be coming here with my coworkers.

Decided to try this place out after they recently opened. Unfortunately it was quite a disappointment. Service was friendly but I think just inexperienced. We were told our takeout would be ready in a second but it ended up being over 20 mins. Noticed several unhappy customers waiting for their food as well. The quality of ingredients seemed solid and flavors were good but both of our items disappointed in other factors. The quinoa power green salad with chicken was abysmal. Barely any greens and other ingredients haphazardly tossed on. For $18, it was a huge disappointment. The Tokyo BBQ sandwich tastes good but the piece of chicken used in it was not meant for a sandwich. It was a thick chicken breast that only covered half the bun, so half the sandwich was just bread and coleslaw. Some of this might just be a new restaurant working out the kinks, but it left quite a bad first impression and for the price, I don't see is giving it another try anytime soon.

Went today for a preview before experience before they open Monday and the food was delicious! We got the tri-tip plate with two sides. Everything was so fresh and the quality was excellent. The staff was very attentive and even came by the refill our drinks and tell us about their desserts. We got the peach empanada and chocolate chip cookie. Both the cookie and empanada were warm like they just came out the oven. I highly recommend coming to Bushfire Kitchen if you’re looking for a great meal and experience at a reasonable price.

Bushfire Kitchen is my long-time favorite for hearty comfort food that leaves me feeling good after, and I'm so happy they opened their newest location in Cypress! I love that they focus on using clean ingredients with integrity, and there's literally something for everyone here, including gluten-free and plant-based options and packed with protein. They also do limited-time seasonal items that incorporate international flavors, like the Thai chicken curry bowl which is my go-to as a post-workout meal. And you gotta try the Korean cauliflower with the spicy addicting sauce! Thanks for reading! ^-^

Great service overall! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Joey was especially attentive—he was incredibly kind and frequently checked in to see if I needed anything. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and the house-made chimichurri sauce was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. One small area for improvement would be the mixed vegetables, which seemed a bit overcooked and left some excess water on the plate. Aside from that minor issue, I had a great experience and would definitely return.
