Had a wonderful first time experience taking Jen’s dynamic and intermediate reformer class. It was 60 minutes and had the perfect mix of moves! Very challenging and the class was so intimate. Great attention to detail. Loved it and will be back for sure!

I have been to the Pilates Shoppe a number of times and can’t speak highly enough about one of their instructors Jen. She is inspiring, very well informed, patient with new starters and gives you a fantastic workout. She has years of experience and helps make sure you get the best out of your workout. It can be hard to find the location as it is located inside of a physical therapy. Office. I’ll be equipment is up to date and is well maintained. They give towels and have a nice place to store your shoes etc..

I've been taking classes at the Pilates Shoppe for over 4 years. I've been very gratified by my experience here. I've become much stronger, developed better balance and have lost the muscle aches & pains I had prior to coming to Pilates. Jen is an excellent instructor. She's knowledgeable, patient & understanding. I feel very fortunate to be in her classes. I highly recommend the Pilates Shoppe.

Jen Montgomery is a fabulous Pilates instructor. Each class is fun but also a great workout. The Pilates Shoppe website makes it easy to schedule classes, and you always receive an email reminder a day before your class. I am so much stronger after taking Jen's classes. No more lower back injuries for me! Thanks Pilates Shoppe!

Christy M is absolutely incredible. I’m so grateful to her for her encouragement and support during my sessions with her. She’s an amazing instructor — she has really found the perfect balance between pushing you to do more and also helping you to understand your limits. I never thought I’d enjoy Pilates but she made the classes fun and engaging, and when this is back in budget for me, I’m looking forward to going back!
