I had my first repair experience today with Aliso Viejo Auto., I’ve had been using another company for the last 15 years. Since moving to Aliso Viejo I needed something closer. They had great reviews online so I went in a few weeks ago to get some quotes on 3 maintenance items that needed to be done. Their prices came in competitively. So I had my first one done today for my spark plugs. As a previous business owner, Customer Service is super important to me. Austin was very helpful and communicated everything thoroughly!!! I think I found my car a new home for maintenance and repairs!!

Aliso Viejo Auto Service gave me such great service with a heavy dose of honesty. I take my 2014 Toyota Prius V to Toyota for oil changes. They look the car over and tell me if there are other things needing service. They told me that I needed my lower ball joints and control arms replaced as well as front struts. I took it to AVAS and they gave me a different story. Front struts, yes definitely. The ball joints and control arms didnt need service at this time. It could wait. What couldn't wait was a Transmission service. It was 60,000 miles overdue! Toyota never checked that. Im just glad nothing happened. They also told me I needed a coolant flush. Again, why didnt Toyota tell me these things? I still have a few minor things to get caught up on, but I feel MUCH more secure in my car now. I will definitely NOT be going back to Toyota. Thanks Austin, Shane and whoever else worked on my car. I MUCH appreciate it! See you next time! Holly Barrier

Very honest and super responsible priced mechanic shop! Very detail oriented and always emails detailed diagnostic reports once complete. Got me in quick! Got a full diagnostic, oil change, brake flush, and rear hatch fix. Drove car pver 30 hours out of State after and drove perfect! Highly recommend!!

I was able to set up my appointment same day with their automated call answering service for my broken car air conditioner. I arrived for drop off assuming this would take a while, but they called me a little over an hour later having finished the repair. The cost was reasonable and service friendly. They had me come by for a free follow up the next week to ensure it was working well. My AC works again just in time for the hot weather! 🙌🔥
