I recently took my son's vehicle in to Super Service of Aliso Viejo for a standard oil change, tire rotation, and a comprehensive trip check ahead of a long road trip. The entire experience was flawless. The team is incredibly kind, highly efficient, and exceptionally communicative. They kept me updated throughout the process, giving me complete confidence that my son's car is safe and road-trip ready. It’s rare to find an automotive shop that combines top-tier professionalism with such a welcoming, customer-first attitude. If you're looking for honest, reliable, and communicative mechanics in the area, look no further.

I cannot express how amazing and honest Tim was and is. I heard about Super Service of Alis Viejo, "Tim", through a friend who has been using his service for his cars, for years. When the Air conditioning stopped working a year ago in my 2020 Hybrid Honda Accord, I took it to the Honda Dealership in Marina Del Rey and was told that what was wrong would cost me >$3100.00 for an "Evaporator leak". I brought it to Tim for a second opinion, and it was not an Evaporator leak it was Condenser leak which was half the price. Tim saved me money and the best part is he was honest! Air conditioning working well. Thanks, Tim

On June 5, 2026, I brought my car in for transmission service. There were a few communication hiccups at the beginning, but the district manager, Don, personally reached out and resolved everything quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the follow through and customer care. My car is running great now, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

I want to express the sincerest of appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Tim and the entire staff of Super Service! They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that my experience was nothing short of perfect. Not only did they go above and beyond in their assistance, but they also actively searched for cost savings on my behalf, which showed me how much they valued me as a customer. Their dedication, attention to detail, and proactive approach truly made all the difference. I am grateful for their effort and professionalism, which exceeded all my expectations. I will be back!!

I can’t thank Tim enough for being a caring and honest man that helped me with my car issues. He was very transparent on whether certain repairs were worth paying for considering my budget and the lifespan of my car. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs reliable, quality service.
