yeeeah so i finally got my oil changed here and i seriously wish i had come sooner, the guys working were super chill and walked me through exactly what my car needed without making me feel rushed at all. they even checked my tire pressure and topped off a couple fluids, which is like way more than i expected from a spot with this kind of price. took maybe 20 minutes tops, i was scrolling tiktok and suddenly they were like okay youre all set, no pressure to buy anything extra or upgrade. my car feels so much smoother now, its like driving a different car honestly. already telling my friends they gotta come here, for sure my new go to place.

Oil change prices are no more than the big-name places you've heard of, but the service here is superior. They get the work done faster and have an attention to detail that will prolong the life of your car. They'll look up your specific car manufacturer's specs and perform only the work your car needs. You can drop your car here and wait in the carwash lobby or visit one of the restaurants around the corner(sushi, tacos, pizza, etc). They'll call you if they discover your vehicle needs more than oil, like filters or a leaking oil pan or tire rotation. If you're like me, you're always a little skeptical of oil change places - I bring multiple cars here, so I can say with some confidence that they are honest and would never try to fool you into getting work you don't need. Oil changes include a car wash next door free of charge - you drop it off at Castrol and pick it up clean at the car wash. I usually wait in the carwash lobby, which is very comfortable and clean - there are also several other businesses to occupy your waiting time inside the lobby(interior live koi pond, self-serve café, fresh to order tacos/burritos/juices/smoothies, shoe repair/shining services, mobile device repair services, etc).

Quick, friendly staff that are always reliable! There are never any issues with taking my car in for service, and they guys get everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. If needed, there's also a coffee shop next door if you need to wait a little longer! I highly recommend using this Castrol Premium Lube location for any of your services.

Ask for Carlos! Truly the best in the business. The customer service is 10/10. The team takes the time to explain everything clearly, and oil changes are completed quickly the same day, including a car wash. They’ve taken great care of three of my vehicles, and I will absolutely continue coming back. Highly recommended.

Fast Service, friendly people, amazing service! I brought my car in after a theft accident for piece of mind. I noticed my car was leaking coolant. The owner took care of me! Not only did I need the radiator coolant cap replaced, but I also needed the air intake tube because it was torn! Everything was done in 1 hr. Which was PERFECT because I had plenty of time to pick up the kids from school. This is my Go-To Auto Shop! Very Trustworthy. Thank you Carlos!
