I love F45 Aliso Viejo! Nothing like an F45 workout to challenge me to push harder, whether it's strength training or cardio day. The coaches are all super knowledgeable and keep the energy high during every class. I come here at least 2-3x a week and love it.

I’ve been a member here for over 6 years and I can say that this gym has, hands down, the best workouts, best trainers, and best overall atmosphere and members! I never get bored and I feel more fit now in my late 40s than I did in my 20s!

Best gym in Orange County!! Workouts are always different, challenging, and motivating. I am able to modify when I need to and work super hard when I want to. Trainers are all so knowledgeable and friendly, really feels like a family.

I love F45 Aliso Viejo! I always get an amazing workout, and all the coaches are incredible, especially Tina. The community is so friendly and encouraging, and everyone is welcome no matter their fitness level. The studio is always clean and has plenty of equipment for everyone. I plan to continue my workouts here and stay consistent with the routine. I highly recommend this studio if you’re looking for an effective workout and encouraging coaching.

Have been a fan of F45 for a while, but the owner arranged a class where participants were 'competing' to hit the best ski erg results. Dumb idea. I ended up trapping my ulnar nerve which has cost me thousands in PT and now surgery to decompress it. It's one thing to push the class, it's another to use pressure to make people do something unsafe and risking injury.
