Very cute and chic little wine bar in the downtown area. Food is “light bites” but very delicious! Wide variety of wines and some ciders as well. They have piano for the occasional live music, board games and books free for your use. Very intimate settings with lots of comfy seating. The service was beyond amazing! Sienna was great! Very helpful and friendly! The prices were a little steep (not bad but a little higher compared to other bars), but it’s a wine bar which typically charges more than your average sports bar (and again, you’re paying for the nice atmosphere and nicer wine). Would highly recommend especially after a nice evening walk along the marina square.

We had the best time here while attending the March First Friday art walk. We have been in here before and the owners have continued to create the quintessential gathering space in downtown Bremerton. With numerous comfy and individual seating areas, great service, and generous pours, we loved hanging out here and chatting with other guests. Go downtown B Town.

Went on a Friday with my husband for a quick date night. Ended up staying for two hours! We played games there and munched on their Grande Charcuterie board with added Salmon, it was wonderful! I drank their Moscato, while my husband got their Mead (Blood of my Enemy) and they were both great! I highly recommend this place if you need to get away from the business of life and relax with your adult friends and/or family! I plan to attend more of their events as well!

Being new to the area, finding Tipsy Blackbird has been such a comfort. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and inviting. Celeste and Jim are absolutely incredible—so personable, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They have made such a positive impression and truly created a place that I look forward to visiting. Whether you are checking out one of their classes, enjoying their amazing charcuterie, or simply stopping in to say hello, Tipsy Blackbird is a gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great food, wonderful people, and an all-around comforting vibe.
