The room was clean and had everything I wanted. They are big too. It really felt homey. Everyone I met was great. The breakfast was better than most hotels I stay at. They have a parking garage under the hotel. It's kinda tight, so don't take anything big in. The price was reasonable. The one thing that they need to do is fix this cabinet that the TV sets on.

We booked our room 3-4 months in advance and used Expedia. Although it was simple booking process we were unaware we booked a handicap accessible room which wasn't but didn't suite our needs as no one in our group was handicapped. So next morning we asked Guest service manager Nathan Mills and his service rep if we could switch rooms after letting them know out situation. Without hesitation they dove in to find our family a room. Excellent customer service you 2! In today's world of hectic you made our experience worth it. Thank you P.S- We saw our first Whale in the Sinclair Inlet.... awesome 😎

Stayed here for a conference and was pleasantly surprised to be honest. The rooms aren't anything to write home about, but they were actually better than I imagined for a place far away from the Seattle / Tacoma area. Had a nice bed and good shower experience and while the room itself is small, it's not too bad. Parking underground was a little odd, but worked out in the end. Customer service was very nice and I had no issues checking in or out. Would recommend for a nice down town experience.

I really wanted to like this hotel I really did. It’s really disappointing for the cost that there was literal mold in the bathroom because there was no exhaust of any kind. The hallways had a musty smell because of this and their breakfast made us sick to our stomachs really disappointed. Even when I told the concierge that the bananas they had were mushy and rotten, she questioned and said they were only 2 days old. They also had a rotten apple. They were trying to get rid of and didn’t take it out of the basket. Not worth in the amount we paid at all. We were paying for top quality And I’ve had better service at some best westerns and comfort inns, for half the price. Never got sick from their breakfasts.
