DO NOT RECOMMEND My husband and I live at The Residences, just a stone’s throw from Pasea and Treehouse. We decided to give Treehouse another chance after a very disappointing experience two years ago, but unfortunately nothing has improved. We ordered two margaritas — arguably one of the most foolproof cocktails — yet both tasted unpleasant, arrived without the standard salted rim (see attached photo), and one even came with a fruit fly on the lime wedge. This was very different from the polished cocktails consistently featured on Treehouse’s social media, where the glasses are properly garnished with salted rims. While the ocean view is undeniably beautiful and the renovations are tasteful, the overall atmosphere feels pretentious rather than elevated. It lacks the effortless coastal elegance and “California cool” vibe advertised on their website. To make matters worse, the side entrance adjacent to Pacific City was locked, forcing us to walk through the hotel lobby and Lorea restaurant just to access the stairs to Treehouse. The service was poor two years ago, and disappointingly, nothing has changed to date.

Food is ok leaves u wanting more has some good flavors but was just here for lunch so maybe the dinner menu is more filling. Service was good the bbq ribs were good. I really like my beer though it was the blonde Lorena 🍺 chill place but don’t come hungry 😋

Such an enjoyable atmosphere, a cool night with a pleasant breeze. The sunset was amazing to watch from my vantage point high above PCH an the beach. The staff, Stephanie and Amy, that I spoke with, were fantastic to speak with and very informative and fun-loving. I anticipate that the service will be just as fantastic when I return.

So honestly I don’t leave reviews but things are bad this place is bad. We came 40 mins before closing which we get is late but being told we can only get a shot and tacos is crazy I could have gone to taco bell for less. We knew what we wanted ready to spend $600 On food and drinks and couldn’t get anything it’s sad we work in Vegas ready to tip and wanted to take care of the staff

Treehouse on PCH is a fun, elevated hangout spot right off PCH. The setup feels open and relaxed with a cool indoor-outdoor flow that makes it easy to settle in. Drinks are creative without being overdone, the food is solid, and the whole place leans more toward vibe and energy than anything overly formal. It can get lively, especially on weekends, but service keeps up and the experience stays smooth. Easy place to meet up, have a drink, and enjoy a good atmosphere.
