This place is a hidden gem! I started going here a few months ago for cold plunge and sauna. I love their private outdoor suites for their contrast therapy with the Finnish sauna hut, cold, plunge, and outdoor rain shower. You can also add on eucalyptus ice balls for the sauna. I also did a sound bath and communal sauna + cold plunge event that they had that was sponsored by Alo. That was also great.

Here’s a shorter version that flows naturally: Wren is an amazing place for contrast therapy. The cold plunge and sauna were incredible, and every detail of the experience felt thoughtfully designed. The custom ice block you can bring into the sauna was a unique touch that really elevated the experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Wren Massage is such a hidden gem. I had my massage with Erica and she was AMAZING! Everything was perfect pressure, she really took care of my neck, and your senses are heightened with hot stones, warm towels, amazing music and chimes at the end. Then they let me use the lounge since it was my first time and i felt so relaxed. The staff was 10/10 so sweet and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough. I can’t wait for my next massage. Go see Erica!

I went to Wren for a massage last month and had such an amazing experience that I became a member! The space is beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly welcoming and made the entire experience feel luxurious. Being able to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge after my massage was the perfect finishing touch. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend Wren Spa to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience!

Wren Wellness in Costa Mesa is an absolute vibe. From the moment you walk in, the energy is calm, clean, and welcoming. The aesthetic is beautiful and instantly puts you at ease. I booked a massage and it was amazing one of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they truly care about the experience and your well-being. Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax, reset, and treat yourself to something special.
