Jose and Gary were absolutely fantastic! My car broke down while we were traveling, and it was a very stressful experience. I’m so thankful AAA recommended their shop. They were responsive, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident I was in good hands. Took my Tacoma in for check engine light. Turned out to be catalytic converter failure. Jose showed me all the data to back up their diagnosis and explained warranty to me. Gary texted me to confirm my appointment and everything happened on time. They completed the job in a day. Super impressed with the team there. There’s nowhere else I would ever take my truck! Highly recommended.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Expertec team in Costa Mesa! I had an ongoing issue with my car that resulted in about 6 visits total to the shop. Of all the times they worked on my car, I was only charged once for the diagnostic and was told I would only be charged again when they confidently knew what the fix was - I honestly felt like I owed them money for all the hard work they were putting into my car! Jose and Gary were AMAZING - they kept me looped in on everything they did for my car, and we're so compassionate and helpful through the entire process. I can't thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and care!
