I was searching for a new dentist and I’m so glad I found this office! Dr. Jaycee is so cool —friendly and easy to talk to and I love his conservative approach to care. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Scheduling an appointment was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were transparent about insurance coverage and costs from the start. I really appreciated that there was no pressure at any point. Already scheduled for my next cleaning!

I’ve had a great experience at Coastal Smiles. The office is very clean and modern. Everything felt organized, and my appointment ran on time. They even put on my favorite show!! (The Summer I Turned Pretty😆) . Overall, it’s a place that pays attention to the little details and makes the experience much more comfortable. I definitely recommend Coastal Smiles!

Great first experience with exam and cleaning! I was greeted and checked in/out by the lovely Jessica. Evelyn the dental assistant was so fun to talk to. Dr. Lim is efficient and friendly. Both are gentle. This office has great energy. Clean and calm environment. The ceiling is very nice!

I loved my first visit with Dr. Lim. He is very welcoming and attentive. I used to go to a big corporation dental office and ever since I came to Coastal Smiles I will not be going back. I really enjoyed the fact that he was straight forward with my treatment and took his time with my cleaning. All of his staff are very friendly and helpful. The office itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

I highly recommend Dr. Lim and the entire team! As someone who has had experiences with other dentists where I felt uncomfortable or unsure about the procedures and costs, I really appreciate how different this practice is. Dr. Lim immediately made me feel comfortable and takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures, so I always understand what is being done and why. I also never feel like I’m being overcharged or taken advantage of when it comes to costs, which is something I’ve unfortunately experienced with previous dentists. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, creating a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. I especially love the thoughtful touches, like the drink station when you arrive and the eucalyptus towels available after procedures such as a teeth cleaning. These little details really make the experience feel special and relaxing. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Another huge plus is that they are open on weekends, which is so convenient for people who work during the week and may not be able to take time off for dental appointments. If you’re looking for a dental practice where you feel comfortable, well-informed, and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend giving Dr. Lim and the team a try. It’s clear they truly prioritize the patient experience, and I’m so glad I found them!
