I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Smart Smile Dental’s office! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I’m currently receiving both general dental care and Invisalign treatment, and the level of professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding. Everything has been explained clearly, all of my questions have been answered thoroughly, and I never feel rushed during appointments. The office is clean, modern, and organized, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They didn’t take my insurance so I ended up not moving forward with the exam, cleaning and xrays but the price was not bad. I would have paid it if there weren’t nearby offices that accepted my insurance. All of the staff were so nice and professional! The Dr was also very pleasant and she even gave me recommendations even though I decided not to move forward with service.

Dr. Aditi and her colleagues were fantastic, helped my mother out with tooth ache same day and did extraction next day! Very personable lovely people! Would definitely recommend to come here!

Dr. Bagai is wonderful! All her years of experience, her kind heart and her extraordinary bedside manners are definitely What I’m looking for in a doctor. She’s an amazing teacher. She’s patient. She goes through everything step-by-step with you and patiently answers all your questions. I have back problems and she is so empathetic and cut a pillow for my knees and gave me break times so that I would be comfortable, definitely goes the extra mile for her patience. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I did a review the first time I came here a few years ago and noticed the requests all over asking for reviews. Freddie is always great to see and work with and I give him 5 stars! The hygienist who did my cleaning seemed like a dental student. Nice but nervous. Dr. Bagai is very knowledgeable and greets everyone. I’m still in the chair while I write this…. I’ve had 4-5 people ask me to give them a review on Google and yelp, shoving the code in my face. They used to give hand written billing details but have started printing typed receipts which is very helpful for FSA’s. One of the reasons this overall review is 4 not 3 stars! I understand word of mouth and online reviews are very important these days, but back off of shoving it down your clients’ throats. The service should be the memorable part of the visit.
