Great experience at Gilroy GMC. Sales team allowed me to look at vehicles without feeling the pressure to buy. Ansewered all my questions and pointed out features I was unaware of. I had a great experience purchasing my truck. I drove 100+ miles to Gilroy GMC, I was pleased when they said “I’ll make sure that we’ll do everything in our hands for you to leave with the truck you liked,” and sure enough, they did. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. The staff was professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. I was helped by Ely, car sales manager, I cannot say enough great things about him and Archie -on the financing department- all great and honest people. Everything was explained clearly, I felt confident in my purchase. I’m very happy with my new truck, and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. Gilroy GMC did an excellent job working with me to get me in a new truck. From the salesman to the sales manager to the finance manager. Each was able to answer my questions and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They had a large inventory of vehicles. And the website listed exactly what vehicles they had and the cost. I would definitely recommend Gilroy GMC to anyone looking to get a new GMC truck.

Bought a USED vehicle back in December from them after trading in my truck. the sales person who helped me out was great and all. However 2 months into to ownership I realized that my truck had missed matched plates. Contacted the dealership to sort out and it is now over half a year and nothing. Still on dealership plates . Will be filing complaint with DMV.
