My husband and I recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. While making an appointment online is very easy. What’s the point if my vehicle is not going to be serviced anywhere near that time slot? I arrived early for my 9 am appointment ready to wait for my vehicle. Thinking that a first service/oil change appointment shouldn’t take longer than an hour or two at most. I was told it would be more like two to three hours but hopefully sooner. 3 and a half hours later I’ve circled the sales floor countless times trying to keep my one year old calm as I had no idea I’d be waiting this long and had ZERO supplies with me. I had to go find someone to figure out what was going on. They then informed me it was still being worked on. Another hour later I’m finally done and on my way. Four hours for an oil change. We paid for the car and in turn some of our services are now free, but I would pay just to have better customer service or communication. I’m disappointed in the complete lack of awareness of other people’s time and needs.

I historically haven't cared for this dealership due to poor service in the past, but they are clearly under new leadership and doing a fantastic job now. I brought my 2025 Traverse in for a complex radiator hose issue, and my service advisor, Adrian, was an absolute shining light. He went completely above and beyond, immediately setting me up with a rental car so I wouldn't miss a beat with work. His meticulous attention to detail and communication throughout the process were top-tier. He made sure the technicians thoroughly pressure-tested and verified the repair before handing it back. If you go here, ask for Adrian—he is the best asset this service center has!
