First time I Serviced my 2022ST4 at your location. Adrian was very helpful very professional service done promptly the problem was the Mechanic left grease marks on the passenger doors. Both side he left multiple grease marks on the hood at the nose he splattered some kind of oil onto my windshield. He entered the vehicle while not putting protection for the seats. He left grease marks on both armrest the console the steering wheel, the driver, operating windows buttonsand the high part of the right side of the driver seat very unprofessional.

Very satisfied with the work they've done to fix my wife's Cadillac XT6 thermostat issue. Adrian kept me posted on the the progress until the work was completed in a timely manner. thanks

This review goes to the service department! They are extremely helpful and welcoming. My last two oil changes Adrian has helped me and he makes the experience simple and thorough. I would definitely recommend if you’re bringing in your car for service ask for Adrian.

Very frustrating experience. I brought my 2026 Vistique in and clearly explained that the driver-side button does not unlock. My car was there for four days in March, and when I picked it up, the issue was not fixed. I then spoke with the manager, who was very nice and asked me to come back in on a Saturday. I did, but they still couldn’t fix the problem and told me it’s likely the PCM and would need to be replaced. I was told they would call me in April once a loaner vehicle became available. It is now mid-April, and I have not received any follow-up. I also called and left a message and no one has returned my call. The lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue after multiple visits is extremely disappointing. I expected better service and follow-through.
