Great experience with the two ladies in store. They went above and beyond to get the large artwork that we purchased on vacation to arrive only once we were back home to receive it. They packaged the art phenomenally! I’ve had a lot of art shipped and this gets 5 stars. It was pretty pricey but the experience and packaging made the cost worth it.

Service was excellent! Online couldn't help with pick up. Calling for pickup was useless (wanted to charge me even though we have a business account with prepaid labels). Walked in, lady at counter said I could scan my item, leave it and walk out. Fantastic!!

My wife and I were returning a couple of Amazon packages at this UPS. This is store has plenty of parking available. The waiting time was short. The staff was friendly and did not hush us. The store was a little disorganized, but despite of that, the staff is so nice that I give 5 stars.

The service at the store was excellent. The one star review is for people who may be sensitive to fragrances and air fresheners. Living with chemical sensitivities is debilitating. It hit me as soon as I pushed open the door. Thankfully the cashier scanned my Amazon return code to get me out as soon as possible.
