So we were on vacation in the redwoods when our van check engine light came on and was running like something was obviously wrong. I call old town and was reassured and told to bring it in. Once we got there the took the van right in and we got some lunch when we came back we and our dog was made comfortable in waiting area and was checked on and given updates periodically. In the end it was something pretty simple and we back on our way. Nothing is more comforting then being given the trust and confidence that a shop is going to do you right especially when you are a traveler from out of state. Thank you old town auto

Got the job done super fast right before 4th of July weekend. The 4 year NAPA warranty gives me extra confidence in the work. I went to a sketchy mechanic that didn’t know how to work on Prius and he messed up my car. Old Town Auto cost almost as much as the dealer but they were 5 days faster, had a decent loaner car and I didn’t have to worry about mistakes. They are the sweet spot between sketchy unaccountable cheap mechanic and the dealership.

i was relieved when i got there . The employees there and manger .. was very helpful and encouraging told me step by step of the process and they were able to get my vehicle repaired and as stressful as it was for me to be without the security of my truck .. they actually were in touch with that very personable reassuring . That I appreciated the most . They were not robotic and matter of fact .Very friendly and human ! Thank you old town automotive.My truck is purring smoothly again and I feel safe driving again . They also recommended and offered regular automotive services that was reasonable and reliable. I will be taking my truck there for further services . Thank You all so much.

My car had engine problems. We took it to a dealership and they had the car a week, it cost an arm and a leg, and the problem wasn't fixed. I called Old Town Automotive and Ben was super helpful, was able to give me a quote without a hassle, and was able to see me the same day. Took my car in, it cost a fraction of what the dealership quoted me, it only took an hour and a half, and now my car runs smoothly. Plus, there's a warranty! I'm super happy with the service provided, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called Old Town Auto at 7:30 AM and they answered my call and were already opened and ready for business. They told me to drive over right away to have my car looked at as I had an exhaust leak. From the very first, the shop is clean outside and inside. The staff is very professional. Within a half an hour they had my car up on the rack and they were telling me what needed to be done and they invited me into the bay and shoed me where my exhaust was leaking as well as where oil was leaking from and they also did some quick inspections which indicated I had some issues with my inner tie rods , which is very dangerous. I was too busy to have the work done right away as I was on my way to an important meeting so I can’t speak for the work they did for me because it hasn’t been done yet, but I plan on scheduling as soon as possible and going back to to get it done even though I don’t live in the area.
