I needed a tire, and usually go to Costco. They said they couldn’t possibly have it for another week at least,and since it’s a Firestone branded tire, I thought, duh! Why don’t I just call Firestone? Best decision I ever made. Chris was a sweetheart, he ordered me exactly the tire I need and an extra because it turns out I will need another one within 5000 miles. They did a full inspection on my car, put the new tire on, let me know about the other one and the 5000 miles it had left on it. They gave me the choice to buy a new one or wait. Since I’m newly retired from teaching, I opted to wait this time, but appreciate the information and I will watch my odometer and definitely come back. Chris and Joe were both outstanding employees, they took good care of me, and I am no way hold Firestone responsible for the delay in my tire arriving in Eureka. I am well aware we are in a very remote town, and it’s hard to get things delivered up here. You guys are the best. 10/10, A++++!

Excellent and fast service. Great price and discounts. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My friend recommended I go here a couple years ago and they have been great. I only hear good things about them. Another thing is the location usually I can get my oil changed tires rotated and an alignment and it takes about an hour never more than 2 but its only a couple blocks away from the shops in old town and the brewery if you want a delicious burger or go window shopping for knick snacks while you wait.

I dont know about every firestone but this firestone is amazing. They are fast affordable and friendly most importantly honest and knowledgeable. I bring in 5 work trucks in for regular maintenance and my personal vehicles. (Oil changes, alignment, tires, ect...) a couple of larger repairs and they have always been honest and do great and fast work. A few other people I know use them and also say great things, not to mention coming all the way from Orleans, they are always understandable and I can't say it enough phenomenal work. Thanks guys!

I've been having our cars serviced at our local Firestone in Eureka for coming up on a decade. Dianna and Chris and all of the rest are totally solid. I trust their crew more than anyone else at all of the places we've been in the 26 years my wife and I have lived here. I recommend them to everyone every chance I get.

We got a flat in Eureka on Sunday - the day before Labor Day - while traveling with our little one, and we walked in without an appointment. They were slammed, and still had us back on the road in about two hours. Dianna took care of us and was wonderful from start to finish. When I asked, one of her colleagues checked our other three tires and let me know they were in good shape, just a little overinflated - and Dianna went ahead and corrected the pressure on all of them. Our trunk was packed for the trip, and when she swapped the spare back out for the repaired tire, she unloaded everything herself to get the spare stowed away underneath, then put it all back and printed my receipt. They wouldn't take payment for the repair, and wouldn't take a tip either. We spent the wait at the Sequoia Park Zoo, where our little one had a blast, and thanks to them we still made it out to Redwood National Park that afternoon. Thank you, Dianna - you saved our trip.
