FITSI Gym in Escondido has honestly been a complete blessing for our family. My beautiful wife Liz found this place after we finally escaped the disaster circus known as Planet Fitness, and WOW… what a difference. The energy here is positive, welcoming, clean, motivating, and filled with genuinely kind people instead of miserable attitudes and fake corporate smiles. I especially want to thank Kaylie. FITSI management, listen carefully: if I come back in a few weeks and Kaylie is NOT running this facility as manager, I’m gonna be personally offended at this point 😂. That girl is absolutely incredible. Professional, kind, patient, welcoming, and naturally gifted with leadership. She treated our family with genuine care from day one and made us feel instantly comfortable. Some people are simply born for management positions, and she’s clearly one of them. God bless her seriously. Also huge thank you to Ruby, who has been an amazing help every single time we’ve come in. Super friendly, helpful, positive attitude, and always willing to help without making people feel awkward or rushed. Both Kaylie and Ruby are exactly the type of people that make members WANT to come back. The gym itself is awesome too — clean equipment, great layout, good atmosphere, and people actually seem happy to be there. That matters more than most gym owners realize. FITSI somehow managed to make a gym feel motivating without feeling intimidating. That’s rare. To management: whatever you’re doing with your staff… keep doing it. You’ve got something special here. God bless! Oleg and Mrs Barkovski

Would have given this gym a five star review but because of it’s new policies of 24 hour in the VIP member that can’t even use all the VIP amenities because I come during Non-staffed hours I switched from planet fitness to this gym because of the sauna I’m one of those few people who come at five in the morning and use all the amenities. Now, I feel like I was just duped when I signed up very nice gym the staff that was here was super awesome and the gym is super clean really is a great environment to work out. It’s just this new policy has really affected the way I work out.

I love this gym. It is such a gem in escondido. It's way more upscale than other chain gyms and is so clean. the employees here and happy kind and always saying hello or helping when i've needed assistance . It's also never super busy so squat racks and other typical busy machines are never hard to get on.

Skip the chain gym and go to Fitsi instead! This is one of the few gyms I’ve seen where all of their gym equipment is well maintained and has so much variety. I love that they have a hip thrust machine and so many squat racks so you’re never waiting for one. They have more amenities than I’ve seen at any other gym including red light therapy and tanning. The staff and owner are super friendly and welcoming to members, it feels like you’re right at home. Not to mention they have a great price for their VIP membership that includes all of the amenities. Highly recommend!
