They don’t have an online filing system and do all their referrals/records on paper. I was told I would get a referral to a periodontist at three separate appointments. My referral got lost, only to find out their periodontist had no appointments for 12 months. Every time I’ve come in for an appointment staff have been confused on where I’m at in my treatment plan. They had one dentist and one hygienist I saw that was kind and professional. Everyone else I interacted with was rude or clearly needed more training.

Best dentist I’ve ever had. My teeth were crumbling after a medication I was taking for years damaged them terribly. They were able to build them up and restore them. I've since moved across country and I'm contemplating flying back to Emeryville to have them finished doing the work for me. Very kind, caring and patient. I'm terrified of the dentist but they made me feel safe and calm.

Horrible, pushing immediately for crowns without need, staff is clueless about planning. Look further as it is obvious that the main objective seems to be selling expensive treatments. Not serving the patient.

I found my new dentist. Dr. Razavi took care of me. She was gentle and her staff is solid. She matched my front teeth perfectly. I’d recommend her any day.

I love everyone here! The care is great. The doctors and assistants have a wonderful bedside manner (they even laugh at my jokes!). They have actually available & accessible options for appointments (and they take Delta Dental - my insurance). They also take the time to ensure I understand the treatments I’m getting, what I need to get, and what I could get. I don’t ever feel rushed or afraid to ask questions. They’re also not pushy about “upgrades”. I don’t ever feel pressured to get my teeth whitened, or buy the latest gadgets. I’d go out of my way to see keep seeing this team, but I hope they don’t. They’re great!
