This location is well maintained and well staffed--the people are considerate and helpful. However the company lures you in with low rates and then bounces them up. I just got a 50% rate increase. When I signed up, I asked about rate increases and was assured that they would be moderate and could be negotiated. This was not the case. Be careful about rates here!

Amber is an excellent property manager! She keeps the location very clean. She really goes above and beyond to make having a unit there a pleasant experience. I’d recommend this location without hesitation.

The storage facility is sufficient and the staff is friendly.. when they’re available. I’ve gone during a variety of regular business hours (11am, 2pm, 4pm) and every single time have encountered a locked rental office with no one in sight. I don’t blame the staff, seems more like a management decision to minimally staff the location and force that one person to do everything on-site, leaving the office itself unattended very frequently. Would rate this location 5 stars if you could count on someone being at the desk during the hours they say they’re open.

This is by far the best Storage Unit Facility I have ever rented from! As a Contractor I've rented all over The Bay, The Onsite Manager Amber, has been First Rate! She's been key to keeping my Unit easily accessible and the Property Clean and Safe.
