Worked with Diasy the Internet Sales Manager on my new Honda. She was amazing start to finish. Helpful with inventory and updates on when the CRV-Trailsport I was looking for would land. She is knowledgeable and makes the car buying process a breeze. Mark the business manager was great and helped explain all the finacials in an easy way. All around Elk Grove Honda provides exceptional service start to finish!!!!

I have owned my Honda since 2011 and started taking it to Elk Grove Honda for service in repairs in 2025. I wish I had done it sooner. The prices are way better than any other repair shop I have visited in the decade plus since owning the car. The people are really nice and friendly and the service is very fast and efficient. I do wish to recognize Michael Yang, one of the Advisors in the Service Department. He is truly amazing and I can't recommend him enough. He kept me appraised of the costs of service, he was very prompt and informed me of any concerns with the service of my vehicle. He is truly a great asset to Honda. Thanks to Michael and the service provided, you have a customer for life. Thank you.

Unmatched Service ! — I visited Elk Grove Honda to get past due maintenance for my beloved Honda Accord, “Pearl”. I was in a position where I was trying to keep up the maintenance on my vehicle but had to put off some needed services due to financial reasons. My service advisor, Tony was a much needed breath of fresh air ! He patiently talked over options and priorities with me as well as his own personal recommendation (what he would do in my position). I got the impression that this is just how service is done here from greeting to checkout and this is what I should come to expect. The TLDR — come here first even if it’s a longer drive !
