From the moment I walked in the door every one was friendly and welcoming, from the owners, instructors, down to the members. My favorite part about Switch Fitness is they have two separate rooms, a hot room and a cool room. This allowing options on the type of classes you can attend which other studios don't offer. Classes range from different styles of pilates, strength and conditioning, barre, yoga and more. Switch is great for all fitness levels, you will not be disappointed!

When I started coming to Switch I immediately felt welcomed and met at the level I was at. Every instructor made sure to be inclusive and provide options for injuries or different difficulty levels. To sign up for classes is simple and convenient. The schedule is always updated with a lot of variety. They are always putting on events or challenges to keep you engaged. I feel better than I ever have and don’t see myself going anywhere else to workout.

Switch Fitness is a fabulous exercise studio. The owners/ and instructors are excellent. All classes from “Fit for Life” to “Hot Pilates” can be beneficial to everyone from beginner to people who exercise regularly. Modifications are given for all levels of fitness. Everyone, instructors and fellow students are welcoming and become friends. ❤️

I love it here. Very welcoming! They offer all kids of classes and payment options. Can buy “punch cards” or unlimited plans. You use an app to book all your classes. It’s changed my relationship with fitness.
