Thanks for all the help and patience. I needed a truck to tow my pontoon boat, and be my around town vehicle as well. I'm sure I suprised everyone when I chose the 3.5 hybrid, after a week or so of trying to talk myself out of it. Great customer experience from all aboard, Sal, the Boss lady, Mr finance, to the key guy. I LOVE MY TRUCK!

SERVICE CENTER: My experience with Elk Grove Ford was beyond disappointing. The phone system uses AI to schedule appointments, which is fine in theory, but we scheduled a 7:00 AM appointment and arrived at 6:55 AM only to find the office completely closed. We saw an employee inside one of the offices, but the door was locked. When she finally acknowledged us, her greeting was cold and unwelcoming, as if we were interrupting her. About five minutes later, she opened the door and said, “We’re still closed, but you guys can come in.” We then sat waiting for 35 minutes before anyone even came to the front to assist us. This was especially frustrating because I was there during a break from work and did not have extra time to waste. Regardless of what is happening behind the scenes, customers should still be treated like a priority. Later that afternoon, we received a call saying the truck was ready for pickup. When we arrived, the paperwork was nowhere to be found or prepared. Once again, because I was on a work break, I could not wait around indefinitely while staff searched for it. We were told we could come back later to pick it up. Now, two weeks later, I still do not have the paperwork. I contacted Dana, the assistant manager, by both text and phone early this morning, and by 1 PM I had still received no response. At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and communication. A business that consistently shows little respect for a customer’s time seriously damages trust. Experiences like this make me question the overall efficiency and care given to customers and their vehicles. Unfortunately, I do not see myself returning.

My grandson and I had a great experience with Stephen when we stopped to browse for a van! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and quite intuitive about which vehicle was the best match for me and then worked diligently to get me a great deal. The whole process was completed by the team with precision efficiency. We are very excited about the fun we’ll have with it starting with Spring Break camping next week!

I had an excellent experience working with Stephen Sanchez at Elk Grove Ford. I was considering trading in my older Ford Raptor for a new 2026 Raptor. Stephen was truly outstanding from start to finish throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, never pushy, and consistently took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Even after I decided to go in a different direction, he continued to follow up and treated me with the same level of respect, kindness, and professionalism.
