First time renting at this location. Place is fairly new and clean. Has pest control thru out the building. They ran out of the 5x10 as I wanted it but the 10x5 is doable for now. 🤗 They did required my home insurance and I asked the questions why they needed it but I didn't really get the answers. My thoughts was if I live in an apartment or mobile home, I wouldn't have the home insurance. 🤔 Beside that everything is great. Great services and clean facility. They do have a good discount if you rent several months in advance. 👍

I have had the pleasure of renting a storage unit at Bond Rd. Self Storage in Elk Grove for nearly a year, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. The best part is that both Irene and Tabitha are very compassionate and don't just treat you like a number but a valued customer. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I love the convenient location and the flexibility of the storage options. The unit I rent is exactly what I needed, and the price is very competitive. I appreciated the extra security features as well. I highly recommend Bond Rd. Self Storage to anyone in the Elk Grove area looking for a reliable and trustworthy storage solution. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could! Thank you, Bond Rd. Self Storage, for providing peace of mind and a hassle-free storage experience.

New facility and it’s extremely clean. There’s pest control throughout the facility. Finding a clean facility was one of our top priorities. Great intro offer. We locked in the pay upfront 4 months, get an additional 2 months free. Facility manager is very responsive and easy to work with. There is a requirement for insurance and a storage unit lock. You can shop around but Bond Road Self Storage offers reasonable prices for insurance and locks.

Bond Road Self Storage has been excellent for us. The facility is conveniently located, the office staff have always been friendly, informative, and helpful. They have security cameras all over which gives me a sense of security that my things are safer. The indoor storage is clean and easy to get your things in and out. Their pricing is very reasonable.
