U-Haul Moving & Storage at Garvey Ave

Made a reservation for a moving truck through the app. However when I came to pick up the truck the desk help said we only use the app for pick up. So instead of helping me complete my transaction, explain the contract, I had to navigate through a lengthy app with his help. But most importantly here it is: After using the truck I went to fill up gas but as I was filling up 3 gallons of gas spilled from the tank below. I later called Uhaul road side assistance and they had to tow the truck away. The tow truck driver mentioned someone had punctured the gas tank. My question is Why don’t you guys inspect your trucks. What happened to me was extremely dangerous and could have cost me my life. I will have to file a formal complaint against the practices of this facility

I had just purchased a new 100 inch tv and I needed a pick up truck to take it home. Everything was fast and smooth when renting a pick up truck from this U-Haul location. They have a deposit box to drop off the keys after hours.

I was a tenant in this particular location for a little bit over three years. Overall, my experience was good no issues of any kind. I had to move to a bigger storage space because he was difficult to get access to my belongings, but this particular location has very easy access to the units.

The staff helped me because I was having trouble uploading my information on the app. I couldn't have done it without their help. Please don't get rid of in person staff in the El Monte location.
